Anders has been working with digital customer experience and loyalty in the grocery retail business for the last 10 years and prior to that he draws from experience within other consumer-oriented industries like mobility and entertainment.
In the role of Head of Digital Customer Experience and Loyalty at Coop Denmark, Anders is leading one of Denmark’s largest membership programs with +2 million members. The membership program is at the core of the Coop DNA, being a member-owned business since 1866.
The Coop App, which can be used across multiple banners in Coop Denmark, is one of the most downloaded and used shopping apps in the Danish market and is a strong tool for driving footfall and loyalty. One of Anders’ main tasks at Coop is to transform the app into the strongest commercial driver for Coop in the coming years. A key focus to achieve this is to enable a stronger customer-centric focus, with shopper missions, simplicity, and personalization as central topics on this journey.
