Andy Kulina has been in the loyalty sector since, well, since there has been such a thing. In the mid 1990’s he helped launch what is now the largest supermarket loyalty program in the USA, Kroger Plus. After moving to the UK in 1998, he has worked for and with some of the largest companies Europe (such as Carrefour, Ahold, Visa, Hearst & Royal Bank of Scotland) defining and refining their customer engagement, growth and retention strategies. Andy also founded a startup called StylePoints which incentivised & rewarded consumers for sharing permissioned intent and preference data with publishers and advertisers.
