Charlie co-founded and leads strategy for WPP’s loyalty and partnerships specialist agency, Mando-Connect. She and her team work closely with programmes who are looking to make a step change and sees great insight and brand partnerships as the key to unlocking a programmes’s full potential. She is also very passionate about developing actionable insight for the loyalty industry – she is the author of the “What Brits Want” and “Understanding Loyalty” series’ of white papers, an Editor at Large for the Wise Marketer, a teaching member of the faculty of the Loyalty Academy and regularly contributes to loyalty press and podcasts.
