I am an award winning marketing executive, specializing in customer loyalty programs, CRM and partnership strategy with extensive experience in the airline and hospitality sector. Being a passionate marketer and loyalty advocate, I have developed loyalty programs from scratch on a white board, and I’ve transformed existing programs. I have also negotiated co-brand credit card relationships between brands, issuing banks and networks.
I led the team in the development of Bilt Rewards, the first loyalty program to allow you to earn points on Rent. Building out a loyalty eco-system of travel partnerships that also allows you to travel the world just by paying rent. I was responsible for the worlds first and largest hotel Loyalty program as Vice President of Global Loyalty Programs for IHG, including IHG Rewards Club, IHG Business Rewards, and InterContinental Ambassador.
Prior to joining IHG, I led the team in developing JetBlue’s new TrueBlue program, which revolutionized how airlines run their loyalty programs. This tranformational project was the first major US airline to introduce a revenue based loyalty program, which was ground breaking and industry leading.
I was on the development team for Starwood Preferred Guest (SPG) and I was responsible for building the partnership portfolio of Starwood hotels & resorts.
I also led a team in the design and development of AutoZone Rewards program for AutoZone Parts Inc. the largest retailer of auto parts in the USA.
