Iain has a breadth of experience in all aspects of loyalty marketing and as the presenter of The Loyalty Podcast has become a well-known figure in the loyalty industry. Iain’s career in the loyalty industry spans over 25 years. Over this time Iain has held roles in partnership management, customer insight and strategy development giving a broad understanding of how customer rewards can influence the value that companies can gain from a loyalty strategy.
Before joining New World Loyalty Iain worked directly with many of the world’s leading loyalty brands including Virgin Atlantic, Nectar, Tesco, Waitrose, Shell, BP and Delta Airlines.
With New World Loyalty Iain has led projects with a large number of clients in multiple sectors including B&Q, Marks & Spencer, Deliveroo, Gousto, Moto Hospitality Services, Liverpool Football Club, Prudential, Amadaeus, Dominoes, International Airlines Group (IAG) and The Works.
