James is a Partner Director at Nectar360, the UK’s largest coalition loyalty programme, issuing 50bn points to its 21m+ members annually, alongside offering data, analytics, digital and media services to over 700 clients across both its varied partner sectors and CPGs. With over a decade of experience across both retail media and loyalty, James has worked with prominent CPGs such as P&G, Nestle and Heineken to global retailers, banks and loyalty programmes while working in roles at Aimia, enmos, Reward and Nectar360.
Within Nectar360, James has taken on a range of roles, from leading all CPG relationships within non-food categories to managing Nectar programme partnerships with the likes of British Airways, eBay and affiliates. James is incredibly passionate about both retail media and loyalty and enjoys working with clients and partners to realise the potential of the data it drives.
