
The industrial engineering graduate began his meaningful career at Roland Berger GmbH. As a Spin off from Berger Jan founded Payback GmbH together with one partner. His responsibilities included developing the customer loyalty program, acquiring partners, creating the campaign logic, set up of service providers, design and the make it work. Subsequently, he founded the consultancy Client Vela GmbH, which is specialized in customer management, CRM and customer loyalty programs. In 2008 he took over global responsibility for all growth areas of Swiss Post AG. After all that experience, he founded Envolved in 2012.
Jan was appointed to the advisory board of Lufthansa Miles & More and is a luminary in the field of customer loyalty and customer / data capitalisation.
He is married with three children and lives in Munich and Austria. He likes to spend time in nature skiing or/and BBQing.
