Jonny heads up Loyalty within Vodafone UKs Gen-Z targeted sub-brand, VOXI, managing the loyalty programme, VOXI Drop. He is responsible for all partnerships, creative execution and strategy, alongside new proposition development, both in the loyalty space, and beyond. Vodafone UK’s youth network, VOXI, uses flexible plans, allowing customers to come and go as they wish. This business model demands highly targeted Gen Z rewards, with strong cut through, in order to retain its valuable customers. Before joining Vodafone UK, Jonny managed all CRM activities within the Luxury Products Division at L’Oréal UK&I.
