
Laura is an experienced strategic customer marketing leader, with a 15 year career spanning automotive, luxury retail and electronics industries, across both agency and client side roles. Over her last 8 years at Samsung Electronics European Headquarters, she has spearheaded transformational programmes to increase customer retention and loyalty across all digital channels. From strategic leadership of Samsung’s first European CRM Centre of Excellence and first European loyalty programme, Samsung Members to customer data-driven innovation including DMP/CDP activation and most recently, Samsung’s First Party Data programme in Paid Media.
