
Matt Garrett led the agency marketing practice team for Bond Brand Loyalty with expertise in loyalty, CRM, and analytics. He’s held senior marketing leadership positions in the travel, hospitality, financial services, and CRM industries over the last 25 years, and provided strategy leadership to clients like Nike, Adidas, Activision, Whole Foods, American Express, Specialized Bicycle Component Company and Tractor Supply Company.
Prior to Bond, he led rDialogue’s (acquired by Bond in 2020) consulting practice for 7 years. He also held client-side strategy roles providing high-growth acquisition and engagement strategies for hospitality companies such as Exclusive Resorts and Abercrombie & Kent with discipline and leadership in new product and market expansion initiatives. With the unique blend of skills in advanced analytics and integrated marketing techniques, Matt delivers high-performing marketing strategies in each of these roles and engagements.
When he escapes the marketing world, he spends time riding bikes, traveling with his wife, and keeping up with three active daughters.
