Michael is passionate about all things Customer Experience. He founded The CX Company, a global CX consultancy in 2012 and The CX Academy, the leading provider of CX Education’ operating across 80+ countries today. The CX Academy offers accredited Courses that bring best practice to life through online training. Earlier in his career, Michael spent a decade in the USA with General Electric and set up their world-wide Patient Experience programme. While in the USA, Michael was introduced to the Loyalty discipline and worked on a number of loyalty programs including Harley Davidson H.O.G., Hilton Honours and American Airline FFP. Michael returned to Ireland to launch the Dialogue agency and was Chairman of the New York Caples Awards programme. Michael has a wealth of CX and loyalty experience and can share a unique perspective on two customer focused disciplines going in different directions.
