
Nancy Gordon is an accomplished leader who scales businesses and commercializes new concepts by operating at the intersection of P&L and Product. She has over 20 years of customer engagement experience in Loyalty and Rewards, Digital/Crypto Assets, and Data Ecosystems across companies ranging in size from early-stage startups to large enterprises. A visionary and recognized thought leader in loyalty, her expertise is rooted in value proposition creation, product management and development, go-to-market implementation, and P&L management.
Most recently, Nancy was Chief Product Officer of Loyalty at Bakkt, a technology platform that enables users to unlock the value of crypto and loyalty currencies. Nancy achieved continuous revenue growth acceleration for a suite of embedded loyalty capabilities that enable B2B2C clients to acquire, re-activate, and engage their customers. Prior, she served as Managing Director in EY’s Technology Consulting practice where she led the development of the Data & Analytics playbook and provided customer growth strategies for clients across traditional finance and insurance.
Earlier, Nancy led product development for Chase Ultimate Rewards and a series of data transformation initiatives using machine learning and artificial intelligence across JPMorgan’s consumer banking, investment banking, wealth & asset management, and corporate functions. She previously served as the Chief Operating Officer of Swift Exchange, a mobile-based rewards and payment digital wallet, and led Citi’s Consumer Loyalty Assets for the Global Consumer Group, including the launch and growth of Citi’s ThankYou Rewards Network into a billion- dollar proposition.
Nancy holds a Bachelors in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from George Washington University School of Business. In addition, she is a Certified Loyalty Marketing Professional from the Loyalty Academy.
