
The economics graduate and customer engagement expert started his career at EnBW AG in several customer oriented areas – finally in the management board of SüdBest being the customer engagement company of EnBW. After twelve years of professional experience, he worked as a coach for executives and as an independent management consultant. In 2012 he joined Breuninger GmbH & Co. and worked his way up from Head of Breuninger Card to Executive Director Customer Centricity and Breuninger Card. Seven years later, he joined Peek & Cloppenburg KG group Düsseldorf. The new P&C Insider customer card was introduced, with all customer loyalty activities of Fashion ID Loyalty Services GmbH & Co. KG are bundled. As Managing Director of Fashion ID Loyalty Services GmbH & Co. KG, he was responsible for Customer Relations Management, Customer Intelligence and Customer Service. He joined JC New Retail AG in 2022 as Director Customer Experience, Member International Marketing Board and Domain Owner Customer Retention.
In his free time, he can be spotted on the volleyball court and skiing black slopes and powder in the winter. He also loves to discover the world by traveling or being in nature.
