Stephanie is a strategic customer engagement and loyalty leader with 20 years of experience in loyalty, partnership/cobrand, and marketing strategy. As the Director of Membership Strategy and Growth at REI, North America’s largest outdoor specialty Co-op, Stephanie and her teams are responsible for evolving membership to enable a lifetime of boundless discovery outside, as well as creating a world-class engagement model for its 21-million-member community.
She has worked with leading brands, including United Airlines, Starbucks, and Capital One, where she led initiatives to drive growth and customer engagement.
She is passionate about creating innovative growth strategies at the intersection of customer and cultural insights, data, and brand truths.
